Exploring.....

Ooh I have had a lovely time. I am just back from the big busy place where I used to live and I had fun there with MyYoungPeoples
this is MyYoungPeoples but there is only little bit showing and no sniff

and go to stay in a hotel, but I always like to take my own bed.

sleeping at hotel

And even though it is very boring on the train apart from when peoples come to say how lovely dog I am, *of course*, when we got back we went straight to my best beach for runs about. Although I did most of the runnings.

you should see me run after these

But before all that I had some lovely new walkies!

First of all on the day MyOtherPeoples was learning boat driving MyPeoples took me for scrambly, muddy walkies which was lovely even though we had to go in the car first. MyPeoples found out about it here. It was very good fun and because it was mostly far from road and there were no sheeps or cows with their pups I could run without my lead a lot of the time. MyPeoples liked to stop sometimes, she said to look at view but I think maybe she just wanted a rest. I think views are very overrated, sniffs are much better but peoples like views.

this is view
but this is sniff
you can roll in sniff

After we had finished walkies we had a drink at the cafe and then we drove home for tea.

cafe was here

this says bring your lovely dog inside

And then not quite the next day we all went on another walkies which was very good too, even though I was NOT ALLOWED to go for lovely swim in the bubbly water.

it looks really good

this water a bit bubbly even for me

Sometimes I had to show MyPeoples the right way to go.

and I not even pointer dog

It was quite a big walkies so tbh I did not mind that we had big train journey next day. And then after that I got to see MyYoungPeoples. Which is where I started.

Keeping my paws to the floor

Whoooooooosh, whoosh a month's gone by. And the air has been all whoosh, whoosh , whoosh too. There were some days even I didn't want to go outside. I am quite small dog after all and could easy blow away. Luckily MyPeoples is quite well stuck to ground so I am safe if she holds tight to m'lead. And if it hasn't been whoosh, whoosh outside, it's been all "oh yes it is.." and "it's behind you"indoors, and My Peoples looking very strange indeed.

I have no idea

We have been in the car and stopping at cafe with most lovely name and lots of peoples to say "Hello" and "Ooh lovely" even when I tipped over m'drink and yes it was m'drink.

I couldn't help it

Then the weather stopped whooshing for a bit and we went to the field to chase after balls. TBH I did most of the chasing and catching because I  am best at that, but then it started to snow so we went home for tea and a snooze.

pleeeeeese

sometimes I brings it back

just 'cause I looks lovely

Yesterday was not whooshy at all and was very sunny so we went on one of my best walks to a big  stone place where the man said I was very lovely *of course* although I did notice he did not give me any snacks. MyPeoples did swaps of metal for snacks in a bag which they DID NOT SHARE. There were lots of good sniffs but the best of all thing about this walk is that it starts and finishes at my Best Beach. It is the greatest place for zoomies. And there are lots of nice dogs. But mostly I just zooms about after my ball. And when they want to stop and go home I puts it in the sea and has a bit of a lie down in the nice waves. Hehe.

he might be handsome, he's NOT having my ball

hehe sitting down*

"it's behind you"

So that is what I have been busy doing.

Yoo hoo everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helloooooooooo! And Happy New Year to all Pups and Peoples. It's been tooooooo long.  So what have I been up to?
Well I have been away on boats to the islands of Mull, where I stayed in lovely hotel *happy pampered face* and Jura, where I was NOT ALLOWED except in the bar and had to sleep in the car *disapproving face* but MyPeoples did come and sleep with me in the morning when she was worried I'd be too cold and I was ok really but very pleased to see her.
I did have lovely times running about on the beach in Jura and up and down the corridor in MyPeoplesGreatAunty's house, specially when I found a squeaky ball there.

the beach at Tiroran house

C'mon how cute do you want me to be?

Calgary beach

having fun

Jura from boat

Islay and Jura from the boat home

I have been on lots of  lovely walkies around my island and on my favourite mainland beach. And  had visits from MyYoungPeoples which was lovely even if he did bring The Girl (I do like her really and she gave me one of my favourite balls)

I did some fundraising for littlePeoples

Hmmmm

and joined in with the #BTposse Christmas party to raise funds for furs.

at the #BTposse Christmas party

The it was Christmas, which is nice apart from all the dressing up

no idea who the other one is

And we went to see MyPeoplesAunty which is lovely except for THIS

Asbocat

he might look cute.....

Rachelcat (RIP) was fierce and mostly made of needles and fur,  but she was SMALL.

This guy is AS BIG AS ME (at least) and his name is ASBOcat. Need I say any more?
But I still had a lovely time and great muddy walkies and MyPeoplesAunty has a great garden for zooming in so I was happy.

MyPeoplesAunty taught me how to take selfies

Now I am back home and catching up with all the sniffs.
 Tiring work.

mmmmm comfy

Putting myself in the cathouse

Hello pups and peeps.

No new walkies to tell you about but I was back in one of my favourite Edinburgh places last week. Blackford Hill
There was a time when I was up there nearly every day. All MyPeoples love that walk. But now we've moved and it isn't close anymore,  and sometimes it's really far away but that's when I live by my sea so I don't mind.
To go there you have to be in Edinburgh, then you can either walk all the way there or catch the number 41 bus http://lothianbuses.com. Start off at the gate by the duck pond; if you want to see the ducks you have to be on your lead and there's no swimming allowed *sadface*. But it's best if you just keep walking and head up the stairs. If you can't find the stairs it doesn't matter just go up. All the walks at Blackford are good fun. There are good sniffs (bunnies), a stream, sticks and stones to chase and lots of space to run about.
Me trying to get to the top

Plenty of room to run about

This is Edinburgh, the other big hill is Arthur's Seat, also good for walkies

There will also be lots of other dogs and their peoples. You might want to have a sniff of these other dogs, and maybe a bit of a run and a chase. Perhaps your peoples might talk to their peoples. Then their peoples will say "lovely dog" and other stuff like that,  *trying to look modest face* and I'll wag at them too and twirl if they are really nice. Some peoples have snacks. BUT I'M NEVER ALLOWED.
Having a nice play

The non dog is my Young P

But Sometimes. There is a dog who is just not RIGHT*. And your peoples talks to their peoples and  says "lovely dog" to them. And that dog has a growl**. So you have a growl. And another. Then some snarling. And biteyness.

And your peoples hand gets a bit in the way.
His paw is hardly damaged

And you are then, well and truly, IN THE CATHOUSE.

But not for too long.

* Sorry #BTPosse it's usually another BTgirl *abashed face*
** And it's NEVER me who starts it. Honest. *butter wouldn't melt face*

Me and some buttercups which didn't melt either
