Exploring.....

Ooh I have had a lovely time. I am just back from the big busy place where I used to live and I had fun there with MyYoungPeoples

this is MyYoungPeoples but there is only little bit showing and no sniff

 and go to stay in a hotel, but I always like to take my own bed.

 And even though it is very boring on the train apart from when peoples come to say how lovely dog I am, *of course*, when we got back we went straight to my best beach for runs about. Although I did most of the runnings.

But before all that I had some lovely new walkies!

 First of all on the day MyOtherPeoples was learning boat driving MyPeoples took me for scrambly, muddy walkies which was lovely even though we had to go in the car first. MyPeoples found out about it here. It was very good fun and because it was mostly far from road and there were no sheeps or cows with their pups I could run without my lead a lot of the time. MyPeoples liked to stop sometimes, she said to look at view but I think maybe she just wanted a rest. I think views are very overrated, sniffs are much better but peoples like views.

After we had finished walkies we had a drink at the cafe and then we drove home for tea.

And then not quite the next day we all went on another walkies which was very good too, even though I was NOT ALLOWED to go for lovely swim in the bubbly water.

Sometimes I had to show MyPeoples the right way to go.

It was quite a big walkies so tbh I did not mind that we had big train journey next day. And then after that I got to see MyYoungPeoples. Which is where I started.

Why? Well because I have lovely peoples. I know I complains because I am NOT ALLOWED all the scrumptious things that my pals get, like scrambly eggs and chicken and dog cakes and I s'pose it's good for me *nods head in mature way*, but they are very keen on walkies. Now mostly it's the  along the road and jumping into the ditch when cars come and having to wait outside the shop walkies,

 but they do try and make it better by going onto the beach and I like it when I meets my pals.

  Anyway it is not always the along the road walkies, we have other ones. On the very, very wet day we had the up to the field, down to the beach and MyPeoples getting stuck in the mud walkies.  Which was very good because I do NOT like the along the road walkies in the rain. That is when I puts my paws down. But because I am small dog MyPeoples can pick me up and carry me and then I am sooooooo embarrassed in case I am recognised that I decide wet road walkies is better.

 But back to  not road walkies.. Have you seen peoples getting paws stuck in mud?  'Tis very funny.  P'raps not so much for peoples?

We have had other walkies too. We went in car to a big water place where I had to help MyPeoples find the path and had a lovely time checking out all the new sniffs.

And I am most of all happy because we have had lots of walkies at my best beach. And I have had ALL my favourite games. Chasing ball. Dropping ball. Digging for ball. Putting ball in sea. Putting me in sea.

And, because I am grown up and very lovely dog I have also applied for job.  And because I am very kind, generous dog I am letting you  have chance too. But only if you are dog. It is not a job for peoples.

Sniffing around old haunts

Pffft! MyPeoples seem to be VERY excited by seeing this outside, forgetting EVERYTHING I told them

Pfft! Really I do not know what all the fuss is about

so I thought I would just make myself busy telling you all about the fun I had last week.....

We went in the car, (not very fun) back to the big busy place I used to live. There were sooooooooooooo many sniffs to catch up on. We  stayed quite close to where I used to live. We couldn't go back to my old house because other peoples live there now and they have A CAT, Pfffft! Anyway the staying place was quite nice with plenty of space for my bed, and I am getting to be very good at moving doors and lifts now.  It even had a little indoor sea, but guess what? Yes, I WAS NOT ALLOWED.

What I  was allowed to do though was some great walkies. Even street walks were good because the inside places MyPeoples likes were very pleased to see me too. Because MyPeoples is a peoples (obvs) her paws are not nearly as good as a dogs (also obvs) and she has to put clothes on them. So we went to the peoplespawsclothesplace that she likes and where a nice lab lives. She got some clothes for her paws and she was very pleased with them but I do not think they will be that good for walkies. Specially muddy or beachy walkies which are the every best kind.

We went to the nice food place but of course I WAS NOT ALLOWED (any of the scrumptious looking food), but sometimes peoples are messy with their foods and there can be nice licks on the floor. Hehe. The nice big doggie in the picture was not there, she might have to been busy in the office,  but there were other nice dogs and I was very good *beams* and said "Hello" nicely and sat under the table;  not at all licking up crumbs *winks*. And everyone said "Oh! Lovely dog" but I am getting used to that now and just try to look modest.

When we were going back to the staying place there was a very nice sniff I remembered and it was one of my friends from when I used to live there. She remembered me too and we had some nice licks'n'twirls but we are both very busy dogs so there was no time for a big run around.

And then when we got back to the staying place the VERY BEST THING HAPPENED. MyYoungPeoples came. *BIG licks'n'twirls* and I went to stay with him in his house *very happy dog * even though The Girl was there too. But the next day she had to go to work,  *sobs*. Hehe. And I had MyYoung Peoples all to myself. He knows the best things to do. We had HUGE walkies in one of my best places Blackford Hill *undescribably happy dog, dizzy making licks'n'twirls*.

And after that I went back to MyPeoples to their staying place because I did not want them to get sad being without me for too long and stayed with them until it was time to come back home.

Which is where I am now.

Now come on,  no choice is there?

Mapping my world

Hello again pups'n'peoples. MyPeoples was VERY greedy at the Christmastimes. She ate lots and lots  (and DID NOT SHARE) so she is even fatter than usual. This makes her unhappy because her clothes do not fit (another reason why fur is so good, it stretches with you, not that I am ever fat) but it has made me VERY HAPPY because we have been having BIG WALKIES. She has a thing for her paw which tells her how much walkies she has done and if it is enough to stop her getting fatter. Hehe, I have much better idea. Take me for walkies 'til I am tired... CLUE. There is NO WALKIES THAT FAR, but she would have nice figure like me then.

Anyway. One thing is that we now do not go in the car every day. This is A VERY GOOD THING. Instead we are doing the car bit by walkies. And so I am getting to know my place very well by all the  sniffs and nice dogs on the way. Sometimes the sniffs is a bit nasty, I think they might be from these or these or maybe one of these guys, but mostly they is from nice dogs.

First of  all there is GentlemanF who greets me with a big "woof", and when we meet in the field we have a nice run around. A little bit further down is LittleH, he has bark like me and is pleased to see me but we have never played *sad face* 'cause we have only met on road and it is not safe to play there. Next pup is OtherB, we have had little play and her peoples likes me very much and says I am lovely dog *of course*, OtherB does most of her walkies on different hill but it is still nice to get her news.
Then there is BarkyS who sometimes makes MyPeoples jump even though they know she is there. She is not nasty barking, just looking after her garden and saying "Hello" but it is quite loud and sometimes a surprise. Hehe.

And then there is my favourites friend BigS. He is lovely and we have had plays and him and his peoples are always pleased to see me. But then who would not be pleased to see me?

And then we get to the shop. This is a mystery place because have never been inside. I  AM NOT ALLOWED. I used to have to wait in the car but now we ware going by walkies I sit outside which is a bit boring but sometimes people say "Hello" and "Lovely dog" and sometimes I put on my very best  *sad face* to trick peoples that MyPeoples have been away for ages. Hehe.

But they are always back quick and then we do the walkies again backwards.

There are lots of other dogs too, there is sometimes another BT but she is in the house because SHE KNOWS HER PLACE (even though she might have been here first) and I maybe wasn't very nice to her in the pub *slightly embarrassed face* but that is NOT why she is indoors. And there are all the dogs who have to work keeping the sheeps in line but they are always too busy to talk. And there are some GINORMOUS dogs and I am a little bit glad they are always on other side of fence. Not that I'm a wimp or anything and they are nice dogs. But very Big. And lots. And  I am only quite small dog , but perfect size as I am BT.

Keeping my paws to the floor

Whoooooooosh, whoosh a month's gone by. And the air has been all whoosh, whoosh , whoosh too. There were some days even I didn't want to go outside. I am quite small dog after all and could easy blow away. Luckily MyPeoples is quite well stuck to ground so I am safe if she holds tight to m'lead. And if it hasn't been whoosh, whoosh outside, it's been all "oh yes it is.." and "it's behind you"indoors, and My Peoples looking very strange indeed.

We have been in the car and stopping at cafe with most lovely name and lots of peoples to say "Hello" and "Ooh lovely" even when I tipped over m'drink and yes it was m'drink.

Then the weather stopped whooshing for a bit and we went to the field to chase after balls. TBH I did most of the chasing and catching because I  am best at that, but then it started to snow so we went home for tea and a snooze.

Yesterday was not whooshy at all and was very sunny so we went on one of my best walks to a big  stone place where the man said I was very lovely *of course* although I did notice he did not give me any snacks. MyPeoples did swaps of metal for snacks in a bag which they DID NOT SHARE. There were lots of good sniffs but the best of all thing about this walk is that it starts and finishes at my Best Beach. It is the greatest place for zoomies. And there are lots of nice dogs. But mostly I just zooms about after my ball. And when they want to stop and go home I puts it in the sea and has a bit of a lie down in the nice waves. Hehe.
